Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. –Jan. 5th, 2010 – ADATA (TAIEX: 3260), the largest Memory Module Company in Taiwan, today announced that net sales for December 2009 totaled NT$ 4,294 million. In comparison to November 2008, December monthly sales revenue decreased 4.13%.  Accumulated revenue for Year 2009 was totaled NT34,844 million. Compared with accumulated revenue for Year 2008, it is increased 20.08%.  Company forecasts to make historical net profit in 2009.

Demand is traditionally low in December, however, inventory-build demand was strong at the end of 2009. Revenue for NAND Flash, in particular, was reached record high amount to NT2,258 million. As to monthly product mix, DRAM accounts for 47.42% and NAND accounts for other 52.58% in total sales.

For forth quarter revenue, it was totaled NT 13,138 million, up 33.39% from NT 9,848 million for the third quarter of 2009. Product mix for single quarter in Q409 was 44.08% from NAND and 55.92% from DRAM.
